I’ve been training with Zhenya for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced , professional & committed trainers around. I really enjoyed the variety of challenges he put into the sessions. He did a fantastic job of setting me up with an individual fitness and dietary program which took into account my phisical issues and fitness level but also the goal I had in mind. Trainer: Ivan Goluzov Gym: Fitness First Kings Cross Start date: January 2022 I have held a gym membership for many years - and never used it. That has changed and I don’t regret it. Having decided to take my health a bit more serious, I started doing some research about Personal Trainers in the local area. I came across the Advantage Personal Training website and decided to contact them. Initially sceptical but thought I’d give it a go. Soon after making contact, I was invited for a personal session to discuss my training needs, as well as an assessment of my current fitness. I was greeted by Ivan and we spent a good hour together where he assessed all my needs, as well as what I am looking for in a trainer. Why am I still training with Ivan: *He is very motivated to help his clients achieve their goals and keeps us accountable. Since working with Ivan my body fat has gone down from 17% to 10% and I can see visible results in my physique and my strength. *Working with Ivan is very educational - you learn the best techniques. He constantly makes sure you use the correct posture etc. *He promotes all-around health and has an amazing ability to assist with good mental health support. *He has helped me achieve my goals to date and he constantly tailors my training to take it to the next level. *He provides nutritional advice to support your journey. *We do regular check-ins where he checks my progress and uses his knowledge as well as advanced technology to change focus areas. *He understands the demands of having a busy career and accommodates changes to schedules. Aside from his ability to be your trainer, he is also very compassionate and is a fun guy to train with.

Zhenya is a great personal trainer, I was not a huge fan of training in a gym even if I love sports in general, but now I cannot miss one lesson with him! After I got pregnant I gained 30 kg and he helped me in just 6 months to go back at my normal weight! I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape. Love you Zhenya

I don’t really write reviews, but this is worth a proper one! I started with RA in October 2021 to prepare my fitness for my dream career; but Zhenya is also transforming my body. I haven’t trained with Igor, but he is so friendly. When Zhenya is away, I train with Ivan. He has a different style to Zhenya, and really pushes me. Ivan is sometimes just what I need to shake my sense of physical and mental strength. Zhenya is the master! He is fun, and a generous and honest person. He is dedicated to his clients. When we started training he organised nutrition plans for me, and took my measurements. He set goals for daily steps and checks them to make sure I am on track. He takes progress measurements every fortnight, and I see results each time. His guidelines for the nutrition plan are realistic, and he won’t tell you to cut out carbs or not have a sweet tooth. He tailors and then alters the training program regularly to avoid resistance; and gives me program to follow for an extra day doing weights by myself. He is also encouraging of doing physical activity outside of training and the gym. This is the real deal, and it’s nice to train with trainers who are serious and good at what they do. Whose principles are real food, consistent training and the right attitude; not unnecessary supplements and egos. Who are results driven, but in a way that is sustainable and realistic. Who make a difference not just to my body, but to my entire attitude and lifestyle. I wish I had trained with them way earlier, and can’t imagine my life without them. These are men that I truly look up to, and always remind me to try my best to use my fitness journey as an opportunity to improve myself. I’ll always wobble like aeroplane jelly, but still take off for team RA! xxx
